A.  Services available in Delhi NCR.

Q.  Would I get compensation if the goods are damaged or lost in transit? 

A.  Yes. When your products are damaged in transit, you can raise a claim under the Seller Protection Fund. The refund depends on the scenario and product. 

 Q.  What are modes of payment, shipping charges & minimum order value? 

A.  Mode of Payment: Cash On Delivery. Shipping Charges: No Charges. Minimum Order Value: Rs.499.

Q.  How to cancel the order? 

A.   If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email request to us email id rathorerks@rathorerks.com.  Please note that in case your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
